    We agree the freight, site, driver, handling, information, labour-risk, escalation and evidence requirements for the proposed operation.

    Current, scope-relevant documents and procedures made available by proposed carriers are compared with the agreed selection requirements, with gaps or limitations recorded.

    Primary and backup network agreed

    Suitable carriers are selected by service and lane. Where practical and agreed, alternate carriers and activation conditions are documented.

    Selected carrier evidence, approved summaries, owners, review dates and escalation contacts are organised into one accessible record for your authorised team.

    Source-grounded AI access configured

    Authorised users can ask questions in plain language. The assistant identifies the supporting source and directs unsupported questions for human review.

    Evidence and changes reviewed

    Expiries, updated procedures, incidents, carrier changes and new operating requirements are reviewed at the agreed cadence.

They do not certify a carrier, guarantee compliance or replace current source documents, legal advice or advice from the responsible carrier or a qualified adviser. Each organisation and duty holder remains responsible for its own legal and operational duties.
