COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear answers before you take the first step.

Understand how GOdeliver works, what it may cost and what happens before you commit.

YOUR FIRST CONVERSATIONApproximately 30 minutesIn person or virtual, with no obligation.
01Are you a freight broker?

No. GOdeliver is not a rate-only broker. We operate as your outsourced logistics management team, designing the carrier model, technology, workflows and customer experience around your business. Approved carriers and specialist partners perform the physical transport.

We have access to more than 200 carriers, providing service options across metropolitan, regional and rural Australia. This breadth lets us select the right provider for the lane, freight type, capacity, handling requirements, service promise, customer requirements and cost, rather than building a solution around the cheapest rate alone.

For freight covered by the agreed managed model, we check carrier charges against agreed rates, take responsibility for managing carrier payments and provide your business with one consolidated GOdeliver invoice instead of separate invoices from multiple providers. The goal is a simpler operation and a stronger delivery experience that helps your business compete.

02What does GOdeliver cost?

Your initial conversation, high-level freight review and solution plan presentation are free.

Before you commit, we present the proposed scope and complete cost model. This explains what is incorporated into consignment pricing, any implementation or fixed charges, separately scoped resources such as people on site, and how variable or third-party costs will be treated. Build begins only after you approve the plan, understand the costs and sign the agreement.

03Why should we outsource logistics management?

Managing freight directly can leave your staff coordinating multiple supplier contacts, portals, booking processes, tracking links, exceptions, invoices and reports. GOdeliver brings those activities into one designed operation with one accountable team, one checked invoice, agreed reporting and a simpler experience for your staff and customers.

04How long is the initial consultation?

The initial Stage 1 conversation takes approximately 30 minutes and can be held virtually or in person. We discuss what you ship, how freight currently works, which providers and systems are involved, and where cost, service or staff time is under pressure. You do not need to prepare a lengthy brief, and there is no commitment.

05How long does it take to get up and running?

There is no standard timeframe because every solution is different. A straightforward one-carrier setup can move faster than a multi-site operation involving several carriers, integrations, tailored software and customer communications. Your solution plan includes the expected build, testing, training and launch timeline before you commit.

06Do we need to replace our existing carriers or software?

Not necessarily. We review what is already working and retain suitable carriers, systems and processes. Where improvements are needed, we can introduce alternatives, run a structured carrier review or tender, and establish backup providers. The operating experience can remain consistent even when a carrier changes behind the scenes.

07Why do carriers partner with GOdeliver?

Carriers can focus on freight suited to their network, lanes and capability rather than trying to be everything to every customer. We provide clearer requirements, coordinated information and structured communication, then manage the customer-facing operation and payment process under the agreed model. That can reduce unnecessary administration and help each provider perform the transport effectively.

08Is your technology an off-the-shelf platform?

No. The software and workflows are designed around the agreed logistics solution and what each staff member, client and receiver needs. This can include booking and carrier-selection rules, notification schedules, copy and visuals, invoice presentation, reporting content and cadence, carrier assurance information, data controls, an AI knowledge assistant and permissioned AI agent workflows with human escalation.

09Who owns GOdeliver?

GOdeliver is owned by FMH Group, combining the backing and industry strength of an established Australian logistics group with a distinct, responsive managed-logistics experience.
